How do I place an order?
Ordering from ChristianChurchSupply is easy! Once you find an item you would like to purchase, simply click the "BUY NOW" button in that product's description page. You can add multiple items in Shopping Cart Using "ADD MORE PRODUCT" Items Button. You can also adjust the quantity of any product in your Enquiry Cart.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
There are No MOQ, you may order by one pieces as many as you required to all items.

Where is my order?
If you did not receive your order as per scheduled date, please contact us on e-mail info@christianchurchsupply.com or christianchurchsupplyindia@gmail.com by including your name, order number and email address. A member of our customer service team will reply with the required information, such as if it has been shipped, when it was shipped or when it will be expect to be shipped.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Your order request always take under process immediately upon receipt. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed.
However, if incase your order has not been shipped yet, you may please send the e-mail to info@christianchurchsupply.com or christianchurchsupplyindia@gmail.com to cancel or modify, we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfilment, of the order. Please note that no order may be cancelled or modified once it has been shipped. In those cases, you may follow the return instructions if you decide not to keep the product after having received it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

What shipping options do you offer?
We deliver worldwide & use following service :-
- By Air Courier (Door to Door): Air courier service takes 3 - 7 days to deliver. We use DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT ARAMEX, DPD etc.
- By Airfreight (Airport to Airport): We delivery all air ports in the world. Airfreight takes about 7 - 10 days depending on the destination. You have to collect your order from the airport.
- By Sea/Ocean freight (Sea Port to Sea Port): We deliver all sea ports in the world. Sea freight takes 21 - 40 days depending on the destination.
Please note: We are not be liable for any delay by the delivery service provider.
Note: Chargeable weight is derived from Gross weight and volumetric weight calculation, whichever is higher..

I shipped my order to the wrong address. Can you reship my package?
A fee would be applied:
If incase incorrect address has been provided by the customer and the package is returned as undeliverable then return fee will be charged by the carrier which should borne by the customer.
Please note, return shipping would be double then sending shipping. So, please take care re delivery address at the time of ordering.
Error may include but not limited to, invalid or incomplete address information, incorrect zip code, etc.
Please note that there is no charge for address changes that are made before an order is shipped.
Can I ship my order outside of the ordering country?
Yes, we ship worldwide to any country. You can ask to deliver in any country other than yours.

Will I be charged if I refuse my order?
Please note 10% fee on the order value will be charged on cancelling of the order once placed because we always take the order under process immediately upon receipt.
The customer will be responsible for any duty/VAT/import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments. Shipping costs are not refundable on refused or unclaimed shipments.

How do I return an item?
Return would be accepted, if you have received the item in defective or damage condition. Send us the photograph of the defective /damage product by emailing us on info@christianchurchsupply.com. After receiving the photographs, our team would work out and let you know the decision. The return product should be sent to us in the same original condition and packing, at the time you received it. On customize product, refund or return of the product would not be done.
I haven't received my order. Is it lost?
Be sure to indicate the complete and correct shipping address when you are placing your order. ChristianChurchSupply is not responsible for items that have not been received due to an incorrect address or change of address. What happens if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?
